New Interim Artistic Director Named

Mr. Caleb McClay has been appointed Interim Artistic Director of the Arlington Children’s Chorus, and will be directing the Bel Canto and Troubadour tiers.  

After 10 years as the Founder and Artistic Director of the ACC, Mr. Carr has stepped down from his position as Artistic Director.  Mr. Carr will be still very much involved with the Chorus as he transitions to his new role as CEO, helping to oversee the direction, planning and development of the ACC with its Board of Directors.  The ACC very much appreciates everything Mr. Carr has accomplished to date, and looks forward to working with him in his new role. 

Ms. Taylor Simpson and Ms. Linda Hemphill will continue overseeing the Dolce tier. The ACC also welcomes Ms. Refiye Tappan to the Bel Canto leadership team. The Board and the entire ACC family are very much looking forward to an exciting season ahead.
