Holiday Voices 2021

The ACC gave a beautiful performance at one of their favorite venues, the First Presbyterian Church of Arlington on December 12, 2021. The program included works by Handel and the Gershwin brothers, a Navajo prayer, Jewish folk dance, and traditional Christmas carols - some with a twist. Artistic Director Caleb McClay, accompanied by Linda Hemphill, led the Bel Canto and Troubadour ensembles with intricate songs full of syncopations and harmonies. Joshua Sommerville, accompanied by Heather Duke, debuted as Assistant Director, leading the youngest Dolces to soaring heights with a thoughtful and inspiring song selection. It was a joy to be able to bring everyone together again in the ACC’s first full performance since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
