The Arlington Children’s Chorus is thrilled to be joining The Washington Ballet and The Washington Ballet Orchestra at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts later this month in the company’s premiere of “The Dream.”

Choreographed by Frederick Ashton (1904-1988), the renown Founding Choreographer of The Royal Ballet, “The Dream” is delightful interpretation of Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” set to Felix Mendelssohn’s exquisite music.

Lauding the famed choreographer’s creative genius,  The New York Times reported that “Ashton’s imagination knows no bounds.”

Martin West will conduct The Washington Ballet Orchestra and work closely with ACC Artistic Director Kevin Carr to integrate the ACC choristers into this exciting production.
